Never meditated before or need some assistance or a refresher course? Then this Beginning Meditation class is for you. We will be learning several techniques to aid you in finding the right meditation style for you.
Bring a yoga mat, cushion, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Chairs will be available for those who need them.
$5.00 per session payable at the beginning of class.
Sessions are at 9 am on Wednesdays. August 31st, September 7th, September 14th, September 21st, and September 28th
